Created and prepared by a dedicated team, the Summer Afternoon Tea Set is poised to take your taste buds on a flavourful adventure from local to western dishes. The dazzling menu is our vehicle designed to guide you through the different savoury sensations that will tickle your palate.
The Summer Afternoon Tea offers a selection of confectionaries boasted with vibrant colours. It all begins with our three appetisers that include Lobster Grissini, Char Siew Chicken Crisp and Garden Herb Tuile to set things off. At the peak of the afternoon tea, there’s a selection of sandwiches and savouries that offer a rich flavour with every bite.
Of course, all good things come to an end but Altitude certainly made it a sweet one. The highlight of the Afternoon Tea menu definitely delights the high tea devotees with a selection of sugary morsels sure to fulfil the hankering of any sweet tooth.
At the top of the list is Temptation, a sweet composition comprising of Vanilla Mossuex, Almond Sponge, Almond Crumble and Lime Jelly. Following in the list presents a combination of some fusion and interesting desserts ranging from the all-time favourite choux pastry to the classical fruits tart, playing with the senses, teasing the mind with soft, silky and smooth textures.
The featured delectable pastry namely Intense Bite, Helene, Blueberry, Balsamic Strawberry Macaron and lastly Mixed Fruit Tart. For those that enjoy the classics, there are also plain scones with rich clotted cream and homemade fruit jam.
