Here’s the Incredible First Teaser for ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’
You’ve never seen Rami Malek like this. The Mr. Robot star has been transformed with the power of hair and makeup into Freddie Mercury in upcoming biopic Bohemian Rhapsody. You’ve probably seen photos, but this is the first time we see Rami become Freddie. He’s even got the nose.
The film centres on the legendary British rock band Queen, led by Mercury, from its inception to the band’s unforgettable performance at the Live Aid benefit concert in 1985.
It’s a huge relief to see that the film is well on its way to the big screen (they’ve moved the premiere date up from Christmas 2018 to November), since its first director Bryan Singer was fired by Twentieth Century Fox.

Singer, of the X-Men film franchise, had helmed principal photography for Bohemian Rhapsody. A few months into production, Fox announced that he was no longer the director but didn’t specify why. It was, however, reported that Singer had been repeatedly absent from set and clashed with the cast. He made a statement following his dismissal, accusing Fox of refusing to give him time off to deal with a family health issue.
Fourth-time director Dexter Fletcher replaced Singer to wrap up filming and post-production. His last work Eddie the Eagle received positive reviews, so it’s all quite promising. Plus, Rami looks like he’s having such a good time (he’s having a ball) playing Freddie, it’s rubbing off on us (we don’t wanna stop at all).
