Gin & Tonic with cucumber garnish
There’s a good reason why many love a good G&T. We suggest Hendrick’s and its cucumber as well as rose botanicals – the combination will surely not dissappoint.
INGREDIENTS
50ml Gin
150ml Tonic Water
3 Thinly sliced rounds of cucumber
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a highball glass filled with cubed ice.
Lightly stir and serve.
Garnish with three thinly sliced rounds of cucumber.

Spiked Cucumber Lemonade
When life gives you lemons, make a refreshing cocktail with it.
INGREDIENTS
50ml Gin
20ml Lemon Juice
20ml Sugar Syrup
Top with Soda Water
1 Lemon wheel
Some mint leaves
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all wet ingredients in a highball filled with cubed ice.
Lightly stir.
Garnish with three thinly sliced rounds of cucumber, a lemon wheel and some mint leaves.

Coolcumber Aperol Spritz
This Italian classic is already a go-to drink for many during warmer weather. But the addition of cucumbers gives it a certain je ne sais quoi that will have you wanting more.
INGREDIENTS
50ml Aperol
60ml sparkling wine such as Prosecco
2 slices cucumber
Splash of club soda
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine Aperol and cucumber together with ice in a cocktail shaker.
Strain into a tall glass.
Add ice and the sparkling wine.
Top with a splash of club soda and garnish with cucumber.
