The Brasserie’s Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner & Christmas Day Brunch

There’s nothing like a Christmas spread to ring in the yuletide joy and The Brasserie serves up one like no other. It’s a Christmas buffet, so ensure you leave your stomach empty beforehand and ready to tuck into the delightful offerings – you wouldn’t want to feel full too soon now, would you?  Not only are there signature roasts like the roast turkey, roast lamb rack, pan-fried Foie Gras and beef wellington with a candied twist to the crust, there are accompanying sides to them – roasted vegetables and potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and truffled potato dauphinoise. 

Bringing the ocean to the buffet table are an assortment of fresh seafood like lobsters, crabs and prawns on ice, plus an oyster and caviar bar. Be sure not to miss the selection of cheeses, which include more than just your regular camembert and brie and save some space for dessert. The cheery Christmas-inspired sweets decorated like Santa’s hat and belt and Christmas fir trees are sure to delight not just your taste buds but your senses and Instagram stories too. There will be carolers serenading you during the Christmas Day Brunch while you dine too.

The Drawing Room’s festive Afternoon Tea takes inspiration from the icy land of the North, so you can warm up with toasty warm scones served with clotted cream and homemade jam, not to mention free-flow savoury canapés. Try the raspberry mousse and the sweet green tea-filled Christmas tree – they’re bound to satisfy.

Santa’s Kitchen is an annual affair at the St. Regis Kuala Lumpur and this year, it is inspired by Santa’s North Pole home itself. Imagine strolling into Santa’s kitchen, meeting your elf hosts and placing you order for a bunch of crafty confections like a North Pole-inspired 1KG log cake, The St. Regis Kuala Lumpur’s Signature Christmas Stöllen, homemade Gingerbread Cookies with 35% Valrhona Milk Gianduja Chocolate, Wild Raspberry Jam and Peanut Butter spreads, and this year’s special, Chocolate Bonbonnièrs and Chocolate Christmas Trees filled with homemade pralines and candies.
