Glenfiddich festive packs
This Chinese New Year 2020, whisky lovers across Asia have the chance to enjoy Glenfiddich’s range of single malts in limited-edition festive packs created by Shenzhen-based artist Rlon Wang. His illustration, which is available for the 12, 15 and 18 year old editions, showcases the distiller’s royal stag icon and reimagines an epic journey made over a century ago.

The festive pack also pays tribute to the voyage made by Charles Gordon, son-in-law of Glenfiddich founder William Grant, in 1909. Gordon famously left Speyside with little more than a few cases of whisky and a dream to bring the Valley of the Deer to the world. He returned a year later, having won the hearts of whisky lovers across Asia with the exquisite whiskies of the William Grant & Sons family.
Blancpain limited edition collection
In celebration of the year of the rat, Blancpain is set to unveil its first watch with a porcelain dial, entirely hand-crafted in its Métiers d’Art workshops. Issued in an eight-piece limited edition, the special series marks the introduction of this traditional Chinese skill within the manufacture in Le Brassus.
Each animal and decoration is painted freehand with a fine brush. A lengthy 1,200°C firing stage fixes the colours on the porcelain. The ability to achieve such a temperature, which would be impossible with an enamel dial on a gold base, opens up whole new fields of possibility in terms of both colour and intensity.
Starbucks Chinese New Year 2020 merchandise
Celebrate the year of the rat with exclusive Starbucks products, featuring cute rat-inspired designs, that’ll put a smile even on Jason Statham’s face. The 350ml zodiac mug comes with a full dipped glossy glaze and metallic inspired decal made up of new bone China porcelain.
