Prepared by Chef Rafizan, each recipe has been carefully curated from age-old kampong recipes to bring you the best flavours for a heart-warming breaking fast. The assisted buffet includes all-time Malaysian favourites such as beef rendang tok, ikan patin tempoyak and oxtail soup. Malaysian food is not complete without sambal, Chef Rafizan pounded his sambals to perfection, ranging from sambal belacan, budu and many more.
