Idris Elba Tests Positive for COVID-19
Almost two years to the day that he graced our Unreserved re-launch event in 2018, one of our favourite cover stars opens up about his thoughts on COVID-19
Idris Elba, with wife Sabrina (who has not been tested yet) was calm yet sombre as he revealed that he had come into contact with a person who had tested positive, and decided to test himself.

He emphasised the dangers of being asymptomatic, and that hand washing and social distancing were top priorities for everyone. He also talked about solidarity at a time when there were a lot of differences and the need to think of those whose lives have been changed either through losing the ones they loved or losing their livelihoods.
Like he said, “This is real.” The video on his twitter feed has already garnered over million 15 millions views.
