Located within the Ben’s restaurant at The Gardens Mall, the cooking school is a hub for all food enthusiasts in learning about cooking and all related matters.

A collaboration between The Big Group and Bosch’s state-of-the-art cooking appliances, Ben’s Cooking School promises an enjoyable culinary experience for all with a regular calendar of cooking classes for the public, which you can check via their website.

Classes of all types of cuisine will be offered, from crowd-pleasing Asian and Western mains such as Soft Shell Crab Spaghetti and Shepherd’s Pie, to even baking to life those delightful treats you see displayed in Ben’s restaurants.

Everyone is welcomed to join, be it a first-time cook or even regular home-cooks looking to perfect his or her skills. A fee is charged to each participant interested in joining Ben’s Cooking School, which covers the ingredients used, and all classes end by enjoying the good food cooked.
