Malaysian studio The Flow released Flow From Home, a specially curated program that will leave you feeling strong, resilient and flexible – both in body and mind – with a series of classes curated by all the instructors at The Flow.

You’ll receive 34 virtual classes (45 minutes each) delivered to you daily. Expect progressive tutorials, tips as well as tricks to elevate your practice, and gain access to an exclusive community of practitioners and instructors who will support you during this trying times.

There are also several yoga centres and instructors who are offering virtual classes. Some of them are complimentary, while others are operating via a donation basis (where the funds go straight to the teacher). Some suggestions are Omology, Space Studio and Yoga Room.

For cardio lovers:

Boutique gyms such as Aloha Cycle Club, Ministry Of Burn and MotionLab are known for their HIIT and cardio workouts. They’ve brought some of their popular classes online via their Instagram profile or Zoom.

Alternatively, YouTubers like Emi Wong and Chris Heria have several workout videos available on their channel. The best part? No equipment needed.

For those who want to look like Thor:

Centr Co-founder, Chris Hemsworth, announced that the app will be available for free to new members and will stay free for six weeks.

Look forward to celebrity-endorsed workouts, meditation practices and nutritional information (as well as seeing how the God of Thunder himself trains) on the app.
